Tahini dip is an addictive condiment in Middle Eastern cuisine, traditionally prepared with lemon and water. (We like to add a bit of garlic, cumin and salt as well. Check out our tahini recipes for more ideas and tips.) This dip can be used to season a salad, steak, roast chicken or even as a sauce for fish baked in the oven.
