Ingredients:
- Swiss chard
- Kale
- Celery leaves
- Green onion (only the green part)
- Bok choy
- Toasted sesame
- Tahini
- Toasted pistachios, broken into small pieces
Method:
- Steam veggies in salted boiling water for a couple of minutes and strain out excess water.
- Place greens on a plate and season with olive oil and lime juice. Mix gently.
- Prepare tahini by mixing with a bit of salt and ice water until creamy, mix in half of the pistachios as well.
- Place tahini on a plate, serve greens over the top and cover with remaining pistachios and sesame. Add a bit more olive oil and enjoy!
