Ingredients:
- Asparagus
- Pears, cut into slices
- Fresh sage
- Tahini
- Mascarpone cheese
- Lime zest
Method:
- Place the asparagus spears and pear slices over a hot grill pan. Season with olive oil, sage, lime juice, sea salt and pepper and grill.
- Serve on a bed of tahini and mascarpone cheese and finish with a sprinkle of fresh lime zest.
